Photos from the 2007 Sophomore Pilgrimage

The club sponsors a bus each year to take up to 50 St. Louis area students to this event. Club members accompany the students for the day.

The Sophomore Pilgrimage is an outreach program of the Missouri Federation of Women's Clubs. Since 1934, the program has fostered "responsible citizenship" among sophomore students from the entire state, who make the annual trip to Jefferson City to view the inner workings of our state government. While there, they also tour state buildings and listen to top state officials. The honoree nominated to represent their high school exemplifies honor, courage, citizenship, scholarship, leadership and service.
